The comfort level is perfect! Not too firm but not so squishy you sink in and can't get up, which is a hard balance to find. Our dog is on it constantly but it doesn't matter because the covers just zip off and go in the wash which is a game changer for pet owners. The ottoman storage is also super underrated, we keep all our blankets and throw pillows in there and it holds so much more than you'd think.

We are only able to comfortably fir the 2 seater and the chair with the ottoman in our apartment, but we love knowing that we can buy extra pieces when we eventually settle into a house
